Terreiro do Paço, Lisboa 1755

Reconstruction of the Terreiro do Paço in Lisbon before the earthquake Developed for CHAIA (University of Évora), this project shows a virtual reconstruction of the eastern side of the Lisbon’s Royal Courtyard (Terreiro do Paço) just before it was destroyed by the 1755 earthquake.

Modelled buildings include the Royal Palace, the surviving part of the early 16th century original palace, the Royal Opera House and the Royal Palace Gardens, as well as connecting streets.
